Cultural Immersion + Ministry Impact
We began our journey by visiting several different tribes across the region, learning about the unique ways they live, dress, build homes, and sustain their communities. It was a powerful reminder of God’s creativity and love for every culture.
Following that, we participated in the 34th Wara-Bethel International Conference, where we witnessed God move in extraordinary ways. Healing miracles took place, and over 5,000 people were baptized — what a victory for the Kingdom of God!
Supporting On the Move Academy
Thanks to the generosity of our church family and friends, we were able to fulfill the supply list of On the Move Academy — and then some! The kids and staff were overjoyed to receive:
Musical instruments
Games & sports equipment
Reading & educational materials
An outdoor climber for the school grounds
We also had the privilege of blessing all 60 teachers and staff members with a gift and providing new uniforms for 100 students who otherwise could not afford them.
The school now serves over 850 students, from preschool through fourth grade — and it’s still growing!
Coming Soon: Student Sponsorship Program
In August 2025, we plan to launch a student sponsorship program that will allow you to directly support a child whose family can’t afford tuition and uniform fees. Sponsors will receive:
A photo and personal story of the student
The opportunity to exchange letters
And if you'd like, the chance to join a future trip and meet your sponsored student in person

Our yearly international mission to Ethiopia is gearing up for its next trip to visit our partner church and students at On The Move Academy in Nazareth led by Pastor Ejigu. We will be going March of 2026 to visit the academy and church where we will be delivering supplies, interacting with the teachers and students, completing much needed projects around the campuses and also attending the annual Wara Conference.
The next Ethiopia team will travel in March of 2026, and team selection will be finalized by July 2025. If you're interested in joining, please reach out to:
